I help you step outside of the stereotypical plant-based meals of salads, steamed vegetables, and pasta with tomato sauce to enjoy an adventure of nutritious, flavorful, plant-based meals.

I’ve visited over 25 countries and I’m always studying plant-based food, cooking, and flavors in my travels. I’ve taken cooking classes in Thailand, Morocco, Italy, and my country of birth, Rwanda. That way, I can bring unique, flavorful dishes back to your dinner table for you to enjoy.

Meet Chef Vasta

Personal Chef. Private Caterer. Plant-Based Educator.

Growing up in Rwanda, my love for cooking started when I was just 7 years old when I became one of the main cooks for my large family. To this day, I still enjoy cooking family-style meals.

I moved to the US as a teen, started traveling the world, and went to culinary school at Auguste Escoffier School Of Culinary Arts to develop my cooking skills further.

As a lifelong vegan, I know firsthand the health benefits of plant-based, nutritious foods. My mission is to help people embrace a healthy and joyful way of life through plant-based food, whether I can be their personal chef or through sharing plant-based education on social media platforms.

I’m passionate about actively engaging with my local community and participating in events, workshops, and outreach programs to promote plant-based living and sustainable eating habits.
